One of the largest and fastest-growing oncology practices in North Florida selected ELM to master plan their medical office campus featuring a new regional administrative headquarters and pharmaceutical office. Cancer Specialists of North Florida chose ELM to provide master planning, architecture, and landscape architecture services for this medical campus with an ideal location on Jacksonville’s Southside. Working together with Sauer Construction in a design-build capacity, the 4.83-acre site was master planned in anticipation of future growth in medical services. Phase 1 consists of an 18,000-square-foot, single-story building containing a central business office, retail pharmacy, and regional computer center and provides Cancer Specialists of North Florida with a new facility that represents their strong leadership in health and patient care.
